Happy 💘 Week

I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone and giving you all my love. This isn’t a battle I know I can’t win by myself. Although I am physically going to feel the changes, I also understand that we are all going through the same emotional roller coaster. We all must support one another.

Mark is my partner through this and he will see me on the daily. My heart is thankful for his unconditional love.

My family, especially my retired Mom, has been going to my appointments with me and helps us out with Ocean’s walks. My sister Nikki is planning a visit to schedule around my genetic testing and cycle 2 treatment appointments because she wants to be there for me. My sister Shanna has offered to help clean around our house. My cousin Crystal and her family are coming to visit this weekend to make sure I’m ok with my chemo port. My aunts, uncles, and cousins who have been praying and checking in on me. Paul who also lives with us will see me on the daily and I know will provide Mark that support to keep his strength going. I appreciate their love and support.

To my amazing family friends who have volunteered to help with transportation and ”babysitting” me after treatments. And those friends who have provided an ear to talk to or given me special gifts like my very own meditation to listen to. Getting some girlfriends time to just laugh and smile are priceless. The care packages and soft comfy clothing items will be put to use during treatments. All of you who have taken your precious moments to check in on me and to read our blog...

I can’t thank you enough for the prayers and positive energies. I am forever grateful for all of you and my love pours out to each and every single one of you.

My work family support is wonderful! Things certainly do happen for a reason! I’ve made friends at past and current employments. All of your support are very much appreciated. Understanding my current life’s curveball and what I‘ll be going through is important to me. Anyone that knows me will know how important my work is to me. MJ has made me feel both welcomed and cared for.

And lastly my medical caretakers team will also be by my side to fight this good fight!

I‘m a numbers girl and I know the numbers are on my side!
