It all started with my annual mammogram on 11/2/2018. Then a second mammogram and ultrasound was done on my left breast on 11/30/2018. That’s when the suspicions began...and on 12/6/2018 I was diagnosed with Stage 2B IDC HER2-Positive breast cancer on my left breast and in my left under arm.
2 biopsies
1 genetic testing
1 chemo port
1 mastectomy
1 capsulectomy
7 lymph node removals
16 chemotherapy infusions
17 immunotherapy infusions
25 radiation therapy treatments
Continuing physical therapy treatments
Continuing lymphedema therapy treatments
Continuing acupuncture treatments
Countless prayers
Immense amount of love
Never ending support
My forever gratitude to EVERYONE
I am happy to share that I will be receiving my 17th and final immunotherapy infusion on 4/30/2020.
