Iām tired. Other than my body is fighting poison on the daily, I wake up either every hour or every couple of hours through the night.
I did a couple of consecutive full days at work this week. Iām worn out the second day and become a couch potatoe with heavy eyes.
Some things Iāve done to help me go back to sleep are:
1. Pray - I have a nice chat with God.
2. Meditate- or listen to meditation. My girlfriend Lisa recommended http://www.lacyyoung.com and gifted me a SoundCloud š§āāļø meditation for healing.
3. Read - Books, magazines, articles online (thanks for the books Joanne)
4. Numbers - count prime numbers only (LOL Iām a numbers gal)
5. Music - listen to soothing instrumentals
6. Cuddle with Ocean - if our fur baby is in bed with me, Iāll run her soft head which relaxes me.
7. Rub my bald head.
8. CBD oil/tincture
Sometimes one will work. Usually I have to try more than one and/or do them multiple times.
I can be awake between 5 minutes to a couple of hours.
